This week our class will be taking the NWEA tests in Math, Reading, and Language. These tests are used in the fall and in the spring to provide a measure of our students' growth during the year. Testing days will be Monday and Tuesday.
Also, remember that Friday is "Picture Day" at our school. Our students brought home information in their Wednesday envelopes.
As you have probably heard, our class has the privilege of using an iPad for the next few months. We will explore using it as a teaching tool with the entire class as well as providing each student a chance to use the educational applications. Those apps include math drills, states and capitals practice, AR books, and a couple of drawing options.
